About Me

Hello, and thanks for stopping by! I'm Kayru, and this is my brand new personal site. Essentially, this is the website my 14-year old self would have loved to have had, back in the day.

I'm in my late thirties now, that would've been rather a large number of years ago, but it's never too late to achieve something that your younger self would look at and say "you finally did it!"

By day, I work in project coordination for an Edu-tech company. I spend my days working on websites for other people, that other people have made. Now it's time to make one of my own, for me, by me. So I'm now trying to hand-code my website, and learn all the HTML and CSS I never got around to learning any sooner. No vibe-coding for me; I'm doing this by hand and never knowingly use AI in my work.

This will be a place for me to post my artwork (both digital and pixel), and maybe collect some blinkies.
